Center for Watershed Protection
Join the Center for Watershed Protection team and use your skills to make a real difference in watershed practices across the nation. We are looking for a creative individual with the capability to perform and manage a wide range of technical projects, including stormwater practice design and implementation, site plan review of development plans, watershed protection and restoration plans, stormwater and watershed research, and writing of state-of-the-science stormwater guidance manuals. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years’ experience in the watershed protection and stormwater management fields. Experience in delivering on-the-ground stormwater management and watershed restoration solutions is a plus. The individual must demonstrate an ability to effectively manage multiple projects from conception to completion while working in a fast-paced team environment. The Center’s watershed projects are both technical and geographically diverse, and may include such tasks as:

Qualifications: Bachelors in civil or environmental engineering or related field, Masters preferred. Strong writing and speaking skills essential, with demonstrated ability to translate complex engineering and science concepts into clear and understandable terms.
