Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, both public and private, as well as representatives of local, state and federal regulatory agencies • Training and experience with use of standard hydraulic modelling software (e.g. HEC-RAS, SWMM, ICPR, MIKE SHE) is preferred • Experience with InfraWorks, Civil 3D, GIS, standard hydrologic data analysis software and sediment transport modeling preferred • Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to complete project tasks • Strong verbal and written communication skills • An attitude and commitment to being passionate about doing exceptional work, energizing staff and delivering responsive service to our clients • High level of personal integrity with a strong work ethic
