As a Project Manager (Engineering), you will provide technically accurate assistance to management on multi-disciplined construction projects and issues.
You will manage major multi-discipline designs, projects, and studies under the Capital Construction Program, the Capital Maintenance and Investment Program, the Operation and Maintenance program, and the facilities improvement activities of Washington Dulles International's airlines and other tenants.
Six years of progressively responsible experience in civil design or construction management
Knowledge of and ability to apply the concepts, principles, and practices of commercial-industrial construction management as well as architecture and civil engineering
Knowledge of and ability to monitor construction, pavement, and environmental issues (e.g., storm water management and asbestos abatement)
Ability to analyze data and information (including blueprints and schematics)
Ability to identify the needs and priorities of facility tenants
Ability to speak and write effectively
Skill in managing multiple projects concurrently
Skill in using a computer and office suite software, with emphasis on database and spreadsheet software
