Mathematical Modeler - Multiple Levels

We currently have the following positions available:

• Senior Principal Scientist / Associate Director, Mathematical Modeler
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with Pharmaceutical and Biotech teams to build fit-for-purpose mechanistic pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PKPD) and quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) models that help drive decisions in drug discovery and development. Modelers will serve as an Applied BioMath project lead for customer projects and be responsible for delivering high-quality modeling work on time. They will supervise and mentor junior colleagues to develop modeling capabilities and work with the business development team to draft statements of work for customer projects.
• Principal Scientist, Mathematical Modeler / Project Lead
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with Pharmaceutical and Biotech teams to build fit-for-purpose mathematical models that help drive decisions in drug development. Models may describe drug’s mechanism of action, signaling pathways (intra- and cell-cell signaling), disease mechanisms (description and mechanistic), and drug toxicities. Modeling approaches include quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP), mechanistic pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PKPD), and traditional PKPD modeling of small and large molecules and novel therapeutics. The Principal Scientist will work closely with clients and internal scientists to define the modeling strategy and the scope of the model to address customers’ goals effectively and efficiently.
• Senior Scientist, Mathematical Modeler
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with Pharmaceutical and Biotech teams to build fit-for-purpose mechanistic pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PKPD) and quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) models that help drive decisions in drug discovery and development. Models may describe pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, signaling pathways (intra- and cell-cell signaling), disease mechanisms (description and mechanistic), and drug toxicities. The Senior Scientist will participate as a representative on multiple customer and internal project teams and work with biologists and project lead to translate biological/mechanistic understanding to mathematical models.
