Summary The Quality Manager is a senior member of the facility staff and is responsible for compliance to customer-specific requirements. The position is accountable for the Quality System and provides the leadership necessary to drive the Worthington Industries and QualityWorks Philosophy throughout the organization. The Quality Manager drives external-facing interactions and solutions, including those that involve customers and suppliers. The position is responsible for the overall leadership of the Quality Department and interacts with engineering, manufacturing and service functions to establish quality standards for raw material, work in process and finished goods.
