Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) to oversee quality control activities on public and private construction projects. The CQCM will be responsible for ensuring that all work complies with project specifications, contract requirements, industry standards, and applicable regulations. 
The successful candidate will lead quality control efforts, coordinate inspections and testing, maintain project documentation, and work closely with project management teams to ensure the highest level of quality throughout construction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of combined experience in construction management and construction quality control. 
  - Experience on heavy civil, transportation, infrastructure, commercial, or public works projects. 
  - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality assurance procedures. 
  - Experience reviewing submittals and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. 
  - Familiarity with construction material testing and inspection requirements. 
  - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  - Experience in a Project Management setting in assisting a team in administrative duties 
  - MS Office, Word, Excel, Revu Bluebeam preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications 
  - ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I Certification (or higher). 
  - Experience with concrete placement, sidewalks, paving, and structural concrete inspections.
