Develop and implement enhancements, revisions to meet the needs of the client in the US Market. Support the after sales with the RMAs and failure analysis RMAs statistics updates for the parent company on specific failure causes Technical support to sales and aftersales. Technical support to customers in product selections and documentation research
Requirements
Key Requirements:
3–10 years of engineering experience (refrigeration industry required) Exposure to or experience in sales and customer-facing rolesWillingness and ability to travel extensively, including internationally if needed Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
