Description
Creation, review, and submittal of technical support documentation updates for the US market.
Review documentation and drawings in IP units
Constantly review and maintain with the R&D the selection and spare parts software
Assist the Technical Management in the training of customers on products and system applications.
Develop and implement enhancements, revisions to meet the needs of the client in the US Market.
Support the after sales with the RMAs and failure analysis
RMAs statistics updates for the parent company on specific failure causes
Technical support to sales and aftersales.
Technical support to customers in product selections and documentation research
Requirements
Key Requirements:
3–10 years of engineering experience (refrigeration industry required)
Exposure to or experience in sales and customer-facing rolesWillingness and ability to travel extensively, including internationally if needed
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
