We are seeking a Data Engineer to bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions at this leading real estate company. In this role, you will design and maintain scalable data pipelines, build data storage solutions, and deliver business intelligence products that enable actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring that data is accurate, reliable, and translated into meaningful reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities:
As a Data Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include developing and optimizing data pipelines to integrate information from multiple sources, ensuring data is processed and stored effectively for analysis. You will build and maintain reporting solutions and interactive dashboards, empowering teams to make data-driven decisions. You will also validate data flows, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement quality controls to ensure accuracy and trust in the company's reporting environment. Collaboration is central to the role, as you will partner with business leaders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and promote best practices in self-service analytics.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics delivery. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and automation is essential, alongside hands-on expertise with modern BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and API integrations is required. Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly are critical to thriving in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field is required.
