About Us
We are a fast-growing product development and R&D company specializing in turning ideas into market-ready products. Our projects span consumer and industrial electronics, with a strong focus on embedded systems, wireless communication, and rapid prototyping. We’re looking for a highly versatile, hands-on Electronics Engineer who thrives on designing, building, and delivering complete electronic systems from concept to production.
Role Overview
You will lead the end-to-end electronics development process, including circuit design, PCB design, prototyping, firmware development, and system integration. This role is ideal for an engineer who is equally comfortable with designing schematics, writing embedded firmware, and building working prototypes. You must be self-sufficient, resourceful, and able to deliver complex projects independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Design, simulate, and implement electronic circuits for consumer and industrial applications.
Create PCB layouts, generate Gerber files, and coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors.
Build prototypes using both custom PCBs and off-the-shelf prototyping platforms (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, etc.).
Select components, create bills of materials (BOMs), and optimize designs for compactness, cost, and manufacturability.
Assemble, test, and debug hardware systems to ensure functional prototypes and production-ready designs.
Develop and optimize firmware for microcontrollers and embedded systems, covering sensor data collection, wireless communication (Bluetooth, BLE, Wi-Fi), power management, and display/control interfaces.
Transition working prototypes into mass-production-ready designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members in prototyping, mechanical design, and product development.
Preferred Experience
10+ years of hands-on experience in electronic circuit and system design.
Proven track record in taking projects from concept to production.
Strong expertise in embedded systems and microcontroller firmware development.
Experience with wireless communication (Bluetooth/BLE, Wi-Fi) and power management.
Ability to design compact, reliable, and manufacturable systems.
Skilled in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging hardware/firmware.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Software development skills (web or mobile apps for product interfaces).
CAD modeling and product design experience.
Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping.
Mechanical design and integration of electronics into product enclosures.
What We’re Looking For
A hands-on builder who loves both tinkering and engineering.
A self-starter capable of managing projects independently without day-to-day technical supervision.
Someone who can adapt quickly to different types of projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Why Join Us?
Be part of a team that transforms innovative ideas into real-world products.
Work on diverse, challenging projects across industries.
Collaborate in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and innovation.
Competitive compensation with flexibility in work arrangements.
