We’re looking for a motivated Application Engineer / Inside Sales professional to begin working with us starting in January 2026.
Position Overview
We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys working with technical systems, and can manage projects from concept to completion. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers to design customized pump solutions, manage project lifecycles, and deliver exceptional service. Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Design and propose pump system solutions tailored to customer needs
- Manage pump projects from order through design, purchasing, manufacturing, and final startup
- Select and size pumps for water and wastewater systems based on engineering specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and municipal clients to develop clear, accurate system specs
- Create and deliver quotes, technical submittals, and bills of materials
- Communicate directly with customers to support projects and resolve issues
- Stay up to date on pump technologies—including occasional travel for manufacturer training
- Work closely with a supportive team focused on collaboration and delivering top-tier service
What You Bring
- Background in engineering or manufacturing, ideally with a focus on pump hydraulics or related systems
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales or technical sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (required)
- Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks (preferred)
