As we embark on this venture together, we ask for your input and recommendations on how we can best help and serve you. It is critical that you begin your transition by filling out a complete profile. Your profile is how employers find you through their searches.

Profile / Build a resume online:

• 1. Go to the Job Seekers drop down in the upper menu of this page.
• 2. Go to the sub category “My Account” and fill in necessary information to create an account and sign in.
• 3. After successfully signing in, go to the sub category under Job Seekers to “Manage Resumes”
• 4. If you have a resume completed, scroll down first to the red box that says “upload resume” and load it. This resume will auto fill parts of your profile and save you some time.
• 5. Go back to the “Manage Resume” page and now scroll down on the Manage Resumes page to the red box that says “Build Resume Online” and click that.
• 6. Click on the red box “Build Resume Online” and begin filling out your information under the setting “Create a New Resume.” Parts will be auto filled from uploading your resume. If you do not have a resume, this will help create one. This information is protected and will not be viewed unless you activate it. Fill out as much information that you can. This is your Profile. You must do this to be a searchable candidate.

It is a highly organized presentation of your skills and your experiences that is searched and viewed by employers and recruiters (all while maintaining your anonymity). Once an employer identifies you as a Candidate for an opportunity, they will contact you with more information of the position. If you decide you are interested in the position, you will release your contact information to them. You maintain complete control over whom your contact information is released to. Jobs will now find you and you may now receive job inquiries even if not actively seeking employment..
