What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with traders to develop and optimize execution strategies.
• Build scalable, real-time distributed trading systems with a focus on performance.
• Develop robust common framework libraries and messaging APIs.
• Work closely with multiple teams, including risk management, operations, and pricing.
• Ensure operational safety and stability of critical trading platforms.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in modern C++ (C++20 preferred) in a production environment.
• Experience with multi-threaded programming and distributed system architecture.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills (low-latency experience is a plus).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-moving environment.
