Description
SummaryThe Hotel Chief Engineer will be responsible primarily for the supervision and execution of general maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance in/on:
- Guest rooms
- Meeting space
- Front of house areas
- Back of house areas (kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems)
- Major equipment & systems using a Windows based computer system

Qualifications
- EPA Certified
- Locksmith skills
- Ability to read blueprints & schematics preferred
- Basic trouble shooting
- Experience in Industrial, Electrical, and Building maintenance, HVAC, Chillers, and Pumps
- Building maintenance experience required
- Communication
- Experience with Windows computer systems
- Hotel experience preferred
- Able to push/pull/lift 50lbs
- Open availability to include weekends and holidays
