OTHON, Inc has openings for the position Civil Engineer with Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related for managing, designing, developing, and maintaining construction projects of varying scales, ensuring safety, timeliness, and sustainability. Duties include conducting onsite investigations, analyzing data, and reviewing plans. Prepare technical specifications, contract documents, and cost estimates for transportation projects. Utilize engineering software to create preliminary construction layouts and provide effective project management from inception to completion.
