Overview
Epstein is seeking a Project Engineer (Transportation) to join our Civil engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of civil engineering design experience specific to transportation and roadways with clients such as IDOT, CDOT, Illinois Tollway and local municipalities. All candidates must understand the plan development process from inception through completion. We are looking for a strong technical leader with Microstation experience including CONNECT edition and Open Road Designer. We are looking for the right person to lead technical teams and interact with clients on our local, community enhancing projects.

Individual compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant education, experience and training, qualifications, skill sets, licensure/certifications and location. Employees are also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on both company and individual performance. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually.

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-Licensed Project Engineer
-7+ years of successful project experience
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Proficiency in Microstation is a must
-CONNECT and Open Roads Designer experience is a plus
