Construction Project Manager

Location: Remote (LATAM or South Africa preferred)
Compensation: USD $2,000-$3,000/month
Industry: Real Estate Development & Construction
Schedule: Full-time, U.S. business hours EST Mo-Fr 9AM to 5PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee renovation, construction, and development projects across a diverse portfolio of properties. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring timely, high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and suppliers
• Oversee procurement of materials and services to ensure cost efficiency
• Track project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Provide regular progress reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Implement construction best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Support major capital improvement initiatives for hospitality and rental properties

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of construction or project management experience (real estate or hospitality preferred)
• Strong vendor management, procurement, and budgeting skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with problem-solving mindset
• Based in LATAM or South Africa; ability to overlap with U.S. hours
