What You Will Be Doing
Join our team as an Electrical Engineer and play a pivotal role in driving innovation and operational excellence in golf ball manufacturing. You'll provide hands-on support for machines and control systems, troubleshoot PLCs, motion control, and robotics, and lead impactful engineering projects that enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and reliability. Collaborating across departments including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and IT you'll design and maintain electrical control systems, develop contingency plans, and support continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering required; Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in a hands-on technical engineering role, with broad experience in: PLC and PC-based control systems, Sensors, transducers, servos, frequency drives, and robotics
- PLC Programming: Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, RSLogix (Ladder logic, structured text, function block)
- Electrical Design: AutoCAD Electrical or SOLIDWORKS Electrical
- Standards: NEC, NFPA 79
- Robotic Interfaces: Fanuc or similar
- Machine Vision: Cognex or similar
- Networking & Programming: Ethernet/IP, SOLIDWORKS
- Strong project management capabilities
- Effective written and verbal communication for reporting and presentations
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, heat, chemicals, and noise
- Regular presence on the production floor for extended periods
- Travel between local facilities, vendors, and training sites as needed

Pay Range: $88,253.00-$110,188.00
