About the Role

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Landscaping construction crew members, and crew leaders to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping projects.

Crew Member Job Duties

• Perform physical labor such as digging, planting (shrubs, trees, flowers), and moving materials
• Follow irrigation plans for new plant installations (connect spaghetti lines, drip lines, etc.)
• Complete hardscape installations (pavers, travertine, artificial turf, etc.)
• Spread granite and rocks
• Conduct site clean-up and debris removal
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Knowledge of plants, trees, and basic landscaping techniques
• Previous experience in landscaping construction (1-2 years required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience with 2 cycle equipment, such as backup blower, line trimmer, backpack blower (preferred for crew members)
• Experience with bobcat, trencher, and riding mower(preferred for crew members)
• Basic Irrigation knowledge
• Previous experience in Hardscape (preferred)
• Experience cleaning up areas with weed wackers and edge trimmers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely
• Team player with strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

Physical Requirements

This role involves physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, working in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing), and operating equipment. You should be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
