About the Role
We're looking for an Enterprise Applications Engineer to manage and support enterprise applications with a strong focus on Microsoft 365. This role covers the full application lifecycle-implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and support-while also contributing to project planning and documentation. You'll work closely with IT leadership, team members, and stakeholders to keep systems running smoothly and secure.
What You'll Do

• Manage enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and related tools.
• Design, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, AAD).
• Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant administration including licensing, compliance, and monitoring.
• Implement and enforce security and compliance policies (MFA, conditional access, DLP, etc.).
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 issues.
• Collaborate with IT Security to ensure compliance with best practices and regulations.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Stay current on Microsoft 365 updates and roadmap changes.
• Support IT Helpdesk escalations and provide after-hours support when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Strong expertise with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Purview.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra, conditional access, and identity management.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling multiple projects.
