Sterling Infrastructure Inc., doing business as Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction, is looking to expand into the El Paso, TX market and we're hiring experienced Equipment Operators for a major Mass Excavation project starting this October!

RLW is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to assist with underground utility installation. This role is hands-on, working closely with pipe layers and crews to install and maintain underground plumbing systems. Candidates should have strong field experience, a valid Texas Journeyman license, and a commitment to working safely in a fast-paced heavy civil environment.
Position_Description :
Core Responsibilities
- Assist pipe layers with installation of underground utilities and plumbing systems
- Rad and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate installations
- Ensure all work meets state plumbing codes and project specifications
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain underground systems as needed
- Collaborate with foremen, pipe crews, and project managers to meet deadlines
- Follow all company and OSHA safety policies
Position Requirements :
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Journeyman/Masters Plumber license required
- Experience in underground utilities or heavy civil projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and underground installation practices
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Team-oriented, safety-focused, and reliable
