Focus Capital Markets is supporting its massively successful multi-strategy hedge fund by introducing a hands-on lead software engineer. In this role, you will partner with the CTO and serve as a hands-on technical lead in charge of developing business critical front-end and back-end trading applications, pricing, risk and reporting systems.

In addition to working across asset classes and with different business teams in the organization, you will also focus on technical architecture, lead a team of junior and mid-level developers and perform code reviews.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience leveraging C#/.Net technologies
• Experience with multi asset class trading platforms, ideally fixed income and equities experience
• Hands-on experience Angular is a plus.
• Experience with SQL is required.
• Experience with REST APIs
• Python experience is a plus
• Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, mathematics or related field.
• Must have excellent communication skills
