Wal-Mart is seeking a Manager II, Process Engineer - Supply Chain in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to leading process improvement tools & methods to eliminate losses in area w/in Distribution Center according to Network Process Structure using Walmart Performance Syst (WPS) programs. Bachelor's or equiv in Eng'g or rel. field + 3 yrs of exp in Process Improvement or rel. exp. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Standardized work dvlpmt, both outside & w/in ISO9001 standards. Proficiency in applying lean principles for continuous improvement. Lean Manufacturing -TIMWOOD waste identification/elimination, KPI goal setting, root cause analysis/5Y(RCA), kaizen, process mapping & Value Stream Mapping.
