- Principal Engineer Program Delivery
Description
Are you an experienced engineering professional with a passion for planning and delivering complex capital works programs? We’re seeking a Principal Engineer Program Delivery to take a leadership role in the coordination and execution of Council’s civil infrastructure projects.
In this pivotal role, you’ll contribute to the development of Council’s long-term Capital Works strategy, oversee end-to-end program delivery, and ensure projects align with financial, regulatory, and community objectives. From managing multi-disciplinary teams and contractors to reporting directly to senior leadership and Council, you'll play a key role in shaping the region’s infrastructure future.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
A commencing annual salary of $144,313 with progression up to $162,414 dependent upon skills and experience, inclusive of 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance and 12% superannuation
Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 38-hour working week
