Overview

We are seeking a talented Production Support Engineer to join a leading Global Hedge Fund. As a Production Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of trading systems by providing technical support and maintaining high system availability.

Skills & Qualifications

• Linux/Windows OS
• Scripting (Bash, Shell, Python etc)
• SQL Server, Postgres
• FIX Connectivity
• Familiarity with one or more of the following: FX, Equities, Futures, Commodities
• Computer Science degree or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the production trading systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
• Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues and contribute to the improvement of systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely solutions to technical challenges
• Contribute to the development of automation tools and processes to enhance system reliability and efficiency
• Support of trading infrastructure (Manual trading application, Algorithmic trading platforms, Exchange/FIX connectivity system, and Risk systems)
