Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale property initiatives, including major renovations, capital improvement projects, and construction management. This individual will also provide oversight on vendor performance, property maintenance, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage renovation, construction, and capital improvement projects from planning through execution.
• Oversee property maintenance operations, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution of cases in Salesforce.
• Build and manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards.
• Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines in Asana (or similar tools).
• Report regularly on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with property operations, finance, and investor relations teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within property management, construction, or real estate.
• Demonstrated experience leading renovation and/or construction projects.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Have

• Professional certifications (PMP, CAPM, or similar).
• Experience managing projects across multiple geographies.
• Spanish language proficiency for vendor and contractor engagement.
