The Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) licensed in Texas to serve as the surveyor of record and help us establish and grow our licensed surveying practice. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with salary security, profit-sharing upside, and equity potential.

You’ll have the autonomy to build lasting systems, mentor the next generation of survey technicians, and influence the culture of a company positioned at the intersection of traditional surveying and advanced drone-based technology.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as RPLS of record for firm licensure in Texas
• Review, sign, and seal survey deliverables
• Oversee and guide survey crews (remotely and on-site as needed)
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance on all survey projects
• Provide technical leadership in projects involving LiDAR and photogrammetry (experience a plus, training provided)
• Collaborate with engineering clients on large electrical infrastructure projects
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Help build and refine systems that support scalable, long-term growth

What We’re Looking For

• Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (required)
• Licensure in additional states a plus
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling operations
• Familiarity with aerial data, LiDAR, or photogrammetry is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
