Description

We are looking for a Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) to join our sales team in northern Texas - territory ranges from DFW to Amarillo to Lubbock to Abilene and into eastern New Mexico. This role blends technical expertise with relationship-driven sales, helping industrial customers improve equipment reliability and performance through best-in-class lubrication solutions.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of industrial clients within your territory
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations on lubrication best practices, products, and services
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical training sessions as needed
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) credential (preferred) or minimum 3 years of experience
• Proven track record in sales, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or lubrication markets
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and deliver value-driven solutions
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and territory management experience
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
• Fuel experience also beneficial
