IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
Carry out circuit design and PCB layout while following relevant design standards.
Define, plan, and coordinate development, product qualification, safety, and regulatory-compliance testing.
Conduct concept feasibility assessments and technical risk evaluations for new products.
Evaluate new and emerging technologies.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior engineers, including hands-on problem solving, and debugging.
Support field investigations, manufacturing, and supply chain issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with electrical engineering for product design.
Legal authorization to work in the United States—sponsorship will not be provided.
Proficiency in circuit design and PCB layout.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
Familiarity with electrical safety, functional safety, and EMC compliance standards.
Experience with reliability modeling and rugged environmental design.
Design experience with mass-produced electronics (PCBAs, cable assemblies, etc.).
Experience with embedded systems using microcontrollers.
