Senior Engineer, Software Engineering; ARINC Incorporated d/b/a Collins Aerospace (Cedar Rapids, IA). Hybrid-4x in office; 1 day remote. Dsgn & implement build procedures that are used to support hardware & software product devt & use. Must have bach or equiv in Comp Sci, Sftwr/Elec Eng’g & at least 5 yrs progressive exp as Sftwr Eng or rltd role (OR at least master’s & 3 yrs exp). Must have 3 yrs exp w/: programming in Python in a professional software eng’g environment; working in Linux dev environment, including system-level debugging & scripting; & 2 yrs exp w/: real-time or streaming data systems, including integration w/ Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message brokers; AWS cloud services, including deployment, monitoring, or scaling of backend systems.
