Description

Sr. Eng’r, Systems Eng’g; Rockwell Collins Inc. d/b/a Collins Aerospace (Cedar Rapids, IA). Prfrm all phases of systm dev lifecycle, including reqs capture, system dsgn & mdlng, integrating w/ hrdwr & sftwr components, & system validation & verification. Must have BA or equiv in Aerospace/Sys/Sftwr Eng’g, or rltd & 5 yrs of progressive exp as a Software Eng, Systems Eng or rltd role in Aerospace Industry (OR master’s & 3 yrs exp). Must also possess at least 3 yrs exp w/: Avionics system/softwr dev; Pro Line Fusion avionics, I/O design, & development; Aircraft/Avionics Certification; Systems eng’g processes & tools such as: DOORS, PREP, JIRA, JAMA, Subversion, GitLab, Python dev, & Agile Scrum; reqs, test, vldtion, verifictn, & integration activities for architecturally cmplx system.
