Your New Role
As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, you will:

• Develop new reporting features for our cloud accounting product using React.js and Typescript.
• Create customisable reporting functionalities.
• Write scalable, robust, and maintainable code.
• Lead team members from a technical perspective.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Ship software to production and monitor the environment.
• Share knowledge and contribute to process improvements.
  
  What You'll Need to Succeed
  Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience leading product development with React.js and Typescript.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to commute to the office in Tokyo two days per week.
    
    Preferred:
  • Experience with financial domain services (e.g., accounting, reporting).
  • Experience with Next.js, Go, CI/CD, AWS, or other public cloud services.
  • Interest in learning Japanese.

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Not required but nice to have.
• English: Fluent in both written and verbal.
