Major Responsibilities
- Administration of ServiceNow Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/ maintain custom workflows in ServiceNow
- Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
- Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
- Assists with researching and resolving technical problems
- Based on customer requirements, formulates/defines systems scope and objectives
- Researches , develops, codes or modifies architecture components that are well designed, efficient and conform to architectural standards
- Analyzes system requirements and existing business processes and information systems. Participates in business process reviews
- Develops automation techniques to enable end-user content publishing and communicating with existing content management systems
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field
Certification / License
ServiceNow Fundamentals Certification
Work Experience
Typically requires 3 years' experience with ServiceNow in development of workflows, custom web services, custom notifications, assessments, custom apps.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
- Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
- Exposed to a normal office environment.
- Must have ability to use a computer the majority of the day
