Process Overview*

Operations Technology team provides and delivers technology solutions to support the Consumer AML Operations. The team's goal is to drive the optimal technology tools and platforms that enable associates to deliver on the customer experience and contribute to the long-term, profitable growth. The team delivers technology through robust and scalable applications developed on various platforms.

• Are responsible for delivery of the technology solutions within the AML portfolio.

• Provide technology strategy planning, execution, and support services.

• Ensure Re-usability and Configuration are a focus for the team in contributing and consumption.

• Partner with vertical teams & architecture to execute/advance strategy.

• Manage relationships with line of business partners and other technology teams to successfully deliver on initiatives.

To support Critical initiative Client Activity Monitoring and Customer Due Diligence project in Consumer AML

Responsibilities*

● Responsible for developing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business goals.
● Ensures that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
● Codes solutions, unit tests, and ensures the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces.
● Contributes to story refinement/defining requirements.
● Development of conceptual diagrams, process flows and technical architecture diagrams
● Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems.
● Leading, mentoring and coordinating on-site offshore on project development
● Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities.
● Works with minimal supervision
