Role:
As a Software Engineer with 5+ years of Front Office experience, you will be integral to enhancing our trading and investment systems. Your role will involve working closely with traders and investment professionals to develop effective, user-friendly solutions that drive our investment performance.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with front office teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored technology solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications primarily using Python, Java, .NET, or C++.
• Create simplistic models to facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Engage with traders and investment managers to understand market dynamics and translate them into functional requirements.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing systems to improve functionality and performance.
• Stay informed on financial market trends to align technology strategies with investment goals.

Skills:
• 5+ years of software development experience in a Front Office setting
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Java, .NET, or C++ is a plus.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with traders and front office personnel.
• Strong development skills with a focus on practical, business-oriented solutions.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Financial services/Trading experience essential.
