Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to plan and execute on engineering projects. Improve team processes with feedback and documentation. Resolve issues that affect our users in production with urgency and accountability. Write scalable code that is easily maintainable and adapting to future needs. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Must know (through academic training or work experience) programming languages including GraphQL, Java, and Kotlin; writing unit tests, integration tests, and validating code in Java and Kotlin using JUnit and Robolectric test frameworks; frontend technologies utilizing RxJava framework; Android application development, including client and server applications for highly concurrent and scalable infrastructure; utilizing continuous delivery tools such as GIT, Gradle, Maven, and Jenkins for continuous integration; object-oriented design concepts; data structures and algorithms; and improving the efficiency of Android snapshot testing frameworks. 40 hours per week, $135,699 - $140,000/yr. May work from home anywhere in the continental U.S. Actual offered salaries will vary and be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
