Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other professional surveyors and teams to deliver project scope and meet schedules
- Supervise and support field crews and office technicians on complex land surveying projects
- Review drawings, and other deliverables in compliance with state and industry standards
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and ensure effective communication throughout project delivery
- Mentor team members and provide training on state survey requirements and QA/QC processes
- Contribute to the company's strategic goals through additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in land surveying or related field
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center is required
- Certification such as LSIT, Certified Survey Technician Level II, III, or IV, or Licensed Land Surveyor (LLS) preferred
- Familiarity with transportation and utility projects a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
- A hybrid schedule may be available based on project needs and team coordination
- Ability to work primarily onsite at our Newmarket, NH office is preferred, but candidates may also work from whichever of our office locations is most convenient — including Bedford or Keene, NH, or Kennebunk, ME
