Overview
Epstein is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to join our growing structural engineering team. The Project Engineer is responsible for the planning, control, and integration of engineering activities and the development of project deliverables to insure the success of their project. Knowledge of BIM is mandatory and previous experience with Revit Structure is desirable. The individual creates BIM models, performs calculations, research, and structural analysis, and assists in the production of plans, specifications, reports, etc. The capability to coordinate with other building design disciplines is important. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of working/construction documents and familiarity with model building codes.

Individual compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant education, experience and training, qualifications, skill sets, licensure/certifications and location. Employees are also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on both company and individual performance. The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 annually.

Requirements
-Masters Degree in Structural Engineering
-Registered Professional Engineer (preferred)
-3-7 years of successful project experience within a consulting engineering firm
-Previous experience with REVIT Structure
-Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and discipline specific software packages such as Robot, RISA-3D, RAM, SAP 2000, CONCEPT
-Awareness of other disciplines and the interrelationship of the various elements of design
-Strong analytical skills; knowledge of analysis methods
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
