Construction Project Manager
Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects for U.S. clients. This remote role requires managing budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and project documentation to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in U.S. construction standards, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- 2- 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with U.S. projects.
- Strong understanding of U.S. construction standards and building codes.
- Experience working remotely and managing international projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Review architectural and engineering plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Communicate regularly with U.S.-based clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to safety regulations.
- Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve construction-related issues, mitigating risks and delays.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
- Utilize project management software.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. construction standards, codes, and regulations.
Compensation
$2,000 - $3,500 USD/month, paid in USD depending on experience.
