What You Will Be Doing
Join our team as a Supplier Quality Engineer and lead continuous improvement initiatives that elevate the performance and precision of our golf club manufacturing processes. In this impactful role, you'll provide technical support across the supply chain, monitor component quality, and drive process capability enhancements. You'll collaborate with suppliers to reduce defects, implement inspection plans, and develop innovative testing methods. From managing quality KPIs and SCARs to executing PPAP protocols and conducting vendor audits, your work will directly contribute to the excellence of Titleist equipment. What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required.
- Certification in Six Sigma principles is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proficient in quality tools such as Design of Experiments (DOE), capability studies, and Gauge R&R.
- Applied knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and computerized quality systems is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities are required.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in golf club manufacturing is preferred.
- Must be able to spend extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
- Domestic and international travel is required.

Pay Range: $88,252.50-$110,187.50
