Technology - Full Stack Engineer/ Lead

You will join an innovative and fast-paced team driven to deliver business value for the company and the clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the applications, collaborating with other developers and designers, and ensuring the quality and performance of the code. You will also be involved in the design and architecture of the system, as well as testing and debugging.

Job duties of this Role:

• Lead the design, development and implementation of large-scale system integration projects
• Supervise and work with on/offshore development team on coding and bug fix
• Create high level and detailed level requirement specifications for major and minor projects
• Allocate development task to team members, conduct hands-on development when needed
• Maintain timely communications to business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure common understanding of the requirements and the impact to the business area
• Liaise with business users for system requirement, testing, training and support

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
• 5+ years hands-on experience in application design and development on large scale/ mission critical systems using different technologies
• Strong in Cloud/ Web / Backend/ Mobile integration development with technologies that are market relevant (such as Java, Spring, MongoDB, node.JS, React.js, React Native, Kafka, DevOps)
• Experience in leading a small team is a plus.
• Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, and presenting solutions
• Good stakeholder management skills; Proven self-starter and a team player
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the latest market trend and curiosity in technology
• High proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less work experience but strong hands-on technical skills will also be considered.
