Company History
Established in 1975 in North Vancouver by visionary founders Ken Kerr, Alex Wood, and Gord Leidal, KWL has evolved into a thriving organization with a rich history. The company grew to 30 staff in 1990, leading to distributed ownership. By 1995, a more diverse ownership group emerged, and in 2000, offices opened in Victoria and Vernon. In 2004, KWL relocated to Burnaby with around 70 staff. The company continued expanding, establishing offices in Calgary (2012) and Nelson (2014), reaching a staff size of approximately 150. As of 2024, KWL boasts over 250 employees, symbolizing a journey of growth, collaboration, and success.
